1. Get Plenty of H2O

Toxins and oil build up can try to escape through the skin (hello pimples), but drinking plenty of water is a natural way to flush out harmful toxins. You can even add yummy fruits to your water for added goodness and taste.

2. Have a regular skincare plan – and stick to it skincare-plan

Keep your skincare routine simple, and keep it constant. Don’t mix and match products or before you know it the active ingredients will be competing with each other and you may end up with even worse skin than before. Add in a facial every 1-2 months for that extra deep cleanse and glow.

If you want to look and feel your best, you have to feed your body healthy fruit and vegetables. Try eating vegetables of all different colours and foods rich in fatty acids (the good kind of fat). Your skin will thank you for it!

4. Go easy on the morning coffeecoffee

Too much caffeine can dehydrate your entire body and your skin, leaving your skin looking dull and lacklustre. Try swapping coffee for tea instead. Tea is full of antioxidants and great for the skin.
